We offer a range of services that help not only landlords across the industry, but also our affiliates. The Legal 4 Landlords affiliate scheme is a very unique service to letting agents, estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors and commercial agents or other known associates within the industry.

We have also broken into the tenant market, with great success. New services are currently being developed and released over time. Our tenant services help the tenant of course but ultimately they assist their landlords and agents also.

We strive to deliver a new approach to solving Landlords and Agents challenges; with this in mind in 2009 we launched the Legal 4 Landlords Franchise Network.

Legal 4 Landlords have split the UK into 50 franchise areas, each area has been created depending upon the number of agents, landlords and tenant evictions registered.

It is your role as the franchisee of your specified area to develop relationships with landlords and letting agents through marketing, networking and word of mouth. Your role will initially be to build these relationships whilst selling the legal 4 landlords services. As the business grows you will need support to process the orders and account manager the relationships you have developed.

Our Mission

Legal 4 Landlords was founded in 2008, established by landlords for landlords, the three partners, Binder Dhillon, Sim Sekhon and Stephen Moss have since developed the company to much more. With new innovative ideas in an ever changing market place we are now seen as specialists in landlord services across the UK.

Our mission now is to establish Legal 4 Landlords as the premier service provider within the Private Rented Sector and Lettings Industry, while maintaining our uncompromising principles through our franchisee network.
